TREFIN Mobile (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we

TREFIN Mobile is designed to connect clients to their company’s accounting data
through a secure API. The App does not collect personal data
directly from your device for analytics or advertising purposes.

1.1. Information You Provide

When you use TREFIN Mobile, you may provide:

• Login credentials (username and password) provided by your accounting software administrator.

1.2. Information Provided by Your Company

When the App connects to your company’s TREFIN system, the API may return data
controlled by your company, such as:

• Business profile information
• Invoices and payments
• Sales and purchase reports
• Stock and inventory data
• Uploaded documents (e.g., receipts, contracts, PDFs, images)

This data is stored on your company’s servers and systems
and not inside the App itself. TREFIN LLC does not own or
control this data; it is fully managed by your company.

1.3. Automatically Collected Information

For security and performance, certain technical information may be processed, such as:

• Device type and operating system version
• Crash reports and error logs
• API request and response logs (for debugging and security)

The App does not use advertising identifiers, location tracking,
or background monitoring of your activity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information processed through the App solely for the following purposes:

• Providing secure access to your accounting and financial data
• Displaying dashboards, reports, and document information
• Allowing you to upload documents to your company’s server
• Improving the security, reliability, and performance of the App

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for
marketing or advertising.

3. Data Storage & Security

The App is a client interface for accessing your company’s TREFIN system. Data is
primarily stored and managed by your company.

• The App does not permanently store sensitive data on your device, apart from a temporary session token where needed.
• All communication between the App and your company’s API/server is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
• All business data (invoices, reports, documents, etc.) is stored on your company’s SQL Server/API infrastructure, not on servers owned by TREFIN LLC.

If your company disables or deletes your account, the App will no longer be able to
access your data.

4. Document Uploads

If TREFIN Mobile allows you to upload files (such as invoices, receipts, or other business documents):

• Files are uploaded directly to your company’s server or cloud storage as configured by your company.
• Files are not stored or processed by TREFIN LLC beyond the technical transfer required.
• Uploaded documents are never shared with third parties by TREFIN LLC.

5. Third-Party Services

TREFIN Mobile is focused on business usage and does not include third-party
advertising or analytics SDKs that track users.

TREFIN Mobile does not use:

• Advertising SDKs
• Location tracking services
• Background data collection for marketing

Only essential libraries and system components required for networking and secure
communication are used.

6. Children’s Privacy

TREFIN Mobile is intended for business and professional use only. It is not designed
or marketed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children.

7. Your Rights

Since your account and business data are managed by your company, any requests
regarding:

• Access to your data
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion or restriction of data processing

should be directed to your company or system administrator. TREFIN LLC does not own
or directly manage your accounting records.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or
